The SDP Powerstroke Solution Kit with Ford Factory Head Gaskets gives you the best components for the tear down of your 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Designed as a "fix" for all the major problems of your 6.0L, the XDP Solution Kits eliminate the common issues with stretched head bolts, blown head gaskets, clogged EGR coolers, and elevated temperatures from clogged oil coolers. SDP's combined the top products you will need in one kit so you can get the job done right the first time.

PPE EGR COOLER
PPE's Upgraded EGR Cooler features a durable design making it the perfect addition to the Solution Kit. The internal passages have been redesigned with a larger diameter to increase flow and eliminate clogging issues that are inherent with the factory stuffed fin design. This upgrade retains full use and functionaltiy of the EGR System. Built for an easy install, EGR Cooler bolts in-place of the factory unit and does not require any aftermarket tuning or modifications for installation.

ARP HEAD STUDS
Stretched factory head bolts are a thing of the past when you upgrade to studs. Everyone knows about the head gasket issues on the 6.0L. ARP Head Studs increase strength and do not stretch over time like the factory bolts. Upgrading the factory bolts to studs completely eliminates this issue and adds durability, and reliability to your 6.0L while eliminating the Head Gasket issues.

OIL COOLER
Included in the XDP Powerstroke Solution kit is Ford's upgraded version of the 6.0L Oil Cooler. The revised version of this oil cooler has the upgraded design to help minimize the chances of cooler failure.

OIL COOLER SCREEN
Another common failure item, the factory Oil Cooler Screen is made from a cloth material and is known for disintegrating over time. When the Oil Cooler Screen does start to degrade it can come apart and go through your oil system causing damage to vital engine components. The Upgraded Oil Cooler Screen features a stainless steel mesh to maximize durability.

HEAD GASKETS
The Ford Factory Head Gaskets are included in this kit to provide you with factory-like sealing and a perfect fit. Many choose to use only the factory head gaskets. Each kit includes 2 genuine OEM Ford head gaskets.

18mm Alignment Dowels - Manufactured September 30, 2003 - Jan 11, 2006 (verify that the icp sensor is located on the passenger side valve cover above the glow plug control module).
20mm Alignment Dowels - Manufactured January 12, 2006 and newer.

GASKETS & SEALS
The sDP Solutions Kit requires a considerable tear down to install. Because of this we include the gaskets you need to put your Powerstroke back together. Additional gaskets such as the intake manifold, and oil cooler gaskets are included for a complete installation.

This kit is only for use on 2004 6.0L Fords made after 9/22/03.
Please confirm dowel size when using remanufactured heads.
Most Ford remanufactured Heads are 20mm regardless of mfg date.
