FASS Fuel Systems D-MAX fuel pump kits enhance your diesel truck's performance. Installing an aftermarket diesel fuel lift pump can be good--greater performance and economy gains--but you may also introduce air and vapor into your fuel when the factory CP3 injection pump pulls fuel under vacuum, and that's bad. FASS D-Max flow enhancers deliver the good without the bad. First, they provide your Duramax engine with a constant 8 psi fuel pressure. This aids the injection system by reducing the CP3's workload, extending its expected life and performance. And second, since the D-Max lift pumps are "pusher" pumps, all fuel is placed under pressure, helping to prevent the introduction of air and vapor.
