The PPE 116110505 Downpipe Support Bracket is the perfect solution to prevent the downpipe from cracking in your 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax. This bracket is fabricated out of 1/8” 304 stainless-steel and is engineered to secure the PPE Downpipe when running the PPE UpPipes with the stock GM manifolds. If the downpipe is not secured, it can contact the Up-Pipe bellow and cause damage even under normal driving conditions. The movement of the unsecured downpipe can also lead to metal fatigue and cause cracks in the downpipe.
