The Hamilton Cams 07-P-004 Extreme Duty Pushrods are a must have if you are over 750hp with your 1998.5-2018 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins. The cylinder pressures dictate that you step up to the Hamilton Cams extreme duty pushrods which consist of a 3/8" .095" wall intake pushrod and a 7/16" .120" exhaust pushrod.
